[Ishii Tatsuya Profile]

Born in 1959. Born in Kitaibaraki City, Ibaraki Prefecture. After graduating from high school, he moved to Tokyo to become a painter. As a central member of the band Yomie CLUB, which debuted in 1985, he has produced a comprehensive band including song lyrics and composition, stage sets and costumes, and has produced hit songs such as “Roman Flying” and “Just Just Being There”, and is currently working as a solo artist, focusing on musical activities, including film director, object creation, and space production. In the wake of the terrorist attacks on September 11, 2001, he has been a leader of the art installation “GROUND ANGEL,” which wishes for love and peace since 2002, and has continued to carry out charity activities at his orchestra concert “EARTH MIND,” and in 2024 he worked with mountaineer Noguchi Takeshi to support the Noto Peninsula earthquake. They held the ROCK tour “STONE ROCK’S GIG” from September to November 2024, and released the ROCK album “STONE ROCK’S” that accompanied the live show on Wednesday, December 25th. We are constantly creating and challenging new things, and 2025 marks the 40th anniversary of our debut.
