It has been announced that iri will release his new single “Butterfly” on Wednesday, March 12th.
Iri has been releasing vigorously, including “Swamp,” which was released as her first tie-up single on terrestrial TV drama, “Pick You Up,” which features a fresh house track, and “Faster than Me,” which was the theme song for the ABEMA/Netflix drama series “I Know The Shapes of Love,” which starred Yokohama Ryusei as the lead, and has been a hot topic at the end of the year.
This is the first release in 2025 in about four months, and this is a song that will be co-produced with Taka Perry, a globally active and up-and-coming Australian producer, with works by SIRUP and WILYWNKA, as well as co-produced by MAZZEL’s “JOKER,” which was recently released and became a hot topic.
The film, which began production with an offer from Taka Perry, is said to have been melancholic, with its impressive sound with lo-fi hip-hop beats and arpeggio guitars, and lyrics that are hoping to meet and part with a new journey that has yet to be seen, reminiscent of spring.
The artwork was originally drawn by illustrator Saeki Yuko, illustrator Saeki Yuko, who also directed the artwork of Fujii Kaze, Sato Chiaki, and muque, and for Iri’s works, Marui Motoko, who also worked on visual direction for the artwork for “Swamp.” This work is an impressive representation of the world of the song.
