FRUITS ZIPPER’s first album “NEW KAWAII” reaches No. 2 on the Oricon daily rankings! To commemorate the album’s release, a costume exhibition and panel exhibition will be held nationwide.

FRUITS ZIPPER, whose momentum is unstoppable, will release their first album “NEW KAWAII” today, Wednesday, April 10, 2024. During the release event held today, they announced that the album had reached No. 2 on the Oricon Daily Album Ranking. In addition, the “NEW KAWAII Princess” TikTok effect was released today, and a video submission campaign has also started.

Today, on the release day of their album, FRUITS ZIPPER held a release commemoration event at CLUB CITTA’. Despite it being a weekday, a large audience gathered at the venue to celebrate the release. In the mini live, they performed four songs, including their debut song “Oikakete Your Bright Future” and “Watashi no Ichiban Kawaii Tokoro”. Finally, after performing “Super Happy Song ~Is It Okay to Be This Happy?~”, member Manaka Mana announced that “NEW KAWAII” had reached second place on the Oricon Daily Album Rankings for April 9th, which drew huge cheers from the audience.

To commemorate the release of the album, a costume exhibition and panel exhibition are being held at 12 CD shops nationwide. The costume exhibition displays the costumes worn by FRUITS ZIPPER on their tour last fall and on TV shows, while the panel exhibition displays photos taken during live performances.
