Yui Sakurai of FRUITS ZIPPER, who is celebrating her 10th anniversary as an idol, has completed her first solo tour of Tokyo, Nagoya and Osaka! In October, she will hold a solo concert at Zepp DiverCity (TOKYO) to close out her anniversary year.

The final show of the Tokyo performance of the Tokyo-Nagoya-Osaka tour “Sakurai Yui 10th ANNIVERSARY LIVE TOUR 2024 ~CRUSH!!~” held by FRUITS ZIPPER member Sakurai Yui to commemorate her 10th anniversary as an idol was held at Ebisu The Garden Hall on Friday, June 28th. During the show, it was also announced that a solo live show to close out Sakurai Yui’s 10th anniversary year will be held at Zepp DiverCity (TOKYO) on Wednesday, October 2nd.

The Tokyo, Nagoya and Osaka tour included BIG CAT in Osaka, ReNY Limited in Nagoya and today’s Ebisu The Garden Hall, with all tickets sold out. Fans flocked to each venue to catch Sakurai’s solo live show, which will be held on the milestone of his 10th anniversary.

Sakurai will celebrate her 10th anniversary as an idol in October 2023, and to mark the anniversary year, she held an anniversary live on Christmas Eve and this tour as part of the project “Sakurai Yui 10th Anniversary -IDOL OF IDOLS-“. The Tokyo, Nagoya and Osaka tour, which was her first solo tour, was a live performance with a band set.

The band members were mACKAz (Ba), Idegami Makoto (Gt), Mochizuki Yasunori (Key), and SATOKO (Dr), and they captivated fans by performing songs created specifically for the tour such as “Zurui Kawaii” and “Caste Summer Session,” as well as cover songs, and FRUITS ZIPPER’s “Watashi no Ichiban Kawaii Tokoro” and “Sekai wa Kimi Kara Hajimaru.”

At the end of the Tokyo performance, it was announced that Sakurai will hold a solo concert to conclude his 10th anniversary year at Zepp DiverCity (TOKYO) on Wednesday, October 2nd.

Not only is Sakurai Yui a member of FRUITS ZIPPER, but she also continues to work as an actress and model, making her an “idol that idols look up to” and one to keep an eye on in the future.
