At “CREATEs presents TGC KITAKYUSHU 2024 by TOKYO GIRLS COLLECTION” held in Kitakyushu City, Fukuoka Prefecture on Saturday, October 12th, Asobi System Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo, Representative Director: Yusuke Nakagawa, hereinafter referred to as Asobi System) and W TOKYO Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo, Representative Director: Noriyoshi Murakami, Code number: 9159, TSE Growth, hereinafter referred to as W TOKYO) have launched the project “ASOBISYSTEM × TGC KAWAII LAB. AUDITION” to discover and develop new talent. 2024” will be held in the Kyushu area.
In this project, we will collaborate with Asobi System, a cultural production company that includes many artists, talents, and creators who are active around the world, such as Kyary Pamyu Pamyu, New Gakko no Leaders, and FRUITS ZIPPER, with the theme of “bringing Japanese girls’ culture to the world.” W TOKYO, which plans and produces Tokyo Girls Collection, one of the largest fashion festivals in history, which has been held since 2017, has teamed up to discover talent from the Kyushu area who will create the next generation of culture, energize the region, and spread the word. We aim to cultivate idols who can spread their wings.
Furthermore, Amane Tsukisari, a Fukuoka native and member of FRUITS ZIPPER, will be appointed as an ambassador and will work together to enliven this project.
