CANDY TUNE, who celebrated their 1st anniversary as a group and held their first national tour, recently successfully held the tour final at Toyosu PIT, the largest in the group’s history, will release their 1st single CD “Kiss” on Wednesday, August 7, 2024.・Announced the release of “Me Patissier.”

“Kiss Me Pastry Chef” is included in the first digital album “CANDY TUNE” released in March last year, and the song became popular on TikTok for its cute choreography that makes you want to imitate it. Composed by Naoki Kubona and lyrics by SILENT SIREN’s Su, it has become the group’s signature song that has been loved by many fans since their debut, and it has been decided that it will be released as a single CD on August 7th (Wednesday).

This work will be sold in four formats: regular edition, first edition, CANDY edition, and TUNE edition.The first edition comes with a deluxe booklet and Oshi jacket, and the CANDY edition and TUNE edition also come with Oshi jacket as a bonus. Contains different songs.

On CANDY TUNE’s official YouTube channel, a live video of “Kiss Me Patissier” from “CANDY TUNE 1st ANNIVERSARY TOUR 2024” held at Toyosu PIT on April 27th was released.

It has also been decided that a release event will be held. Starting with Tower Records Shibuya B1F CUT UP on June 1st, events will be held not only in Tokyo but also in the Kanto area, Aichi, Kansai, and Fukuoka. Check the CANDY TUNE Official website for venue details and more.

CANDY TUNE

A new group of seven idols born from Asobi System’s idol project “KAWAII LAB.” The seven members are Hian Murakawa, Mitsuki Kirihara, Rino Fukuyama, Nanako Ogawa, Natsu Minami, Shizuka Miyano, and Kotomi Tachibana.

The producer is Misa Kimura, a model and talent who is the former leader of Musubiism and the general producer of “KAWAII LAB.” With KAWAII LAB.’s motto of “From Harajuku to the world” in mind, we are moving forward in a “NEW WAY” from Harajuku, a fashion town where diverse culture and individuality gather.

The name of the group is based on the desire for unique members with different likes and personalities to come together and play their pop “TUNE”, just like “CANDY”, which comes in various flavors and shapes. My thoughts are put into it.
