On the 11th, artist Shuta Sueyoshi held an additional performance at LINE CUBE SHIBUYA in Tokyo for the “Shuta Sueyoshi LIVE TOUR 2024 -Bifröst-” which has been touring 6 cities nationwide.
The final of their first tour in about three years ended in style.
Shuta is active as a member of AAA. After holding his first solo live in 2016, he made his solo album debut with “JACK IN THE BOX” in 2018. He has also been active as a solo artist, including a successful Nippon Budokan performance.
This tour, Shuta’s first live tour in about three years, started with the Zepp Haneda performance in Tokyo in October of this year, and went on to visit six cities across the country, including Fukuoka, Osaka, Sendai, and Nagoya, and completed with great success.
Then, December 11th was Shuta’s own birthday. An additional performance was finally held at LINE CUBE SHIBUYA in Tokyo.
Before the live performance that day, Shuta said, “This tour made me realize that the fans have been waiting for me for a long time,” and he added, “It’s really great to be able to sing and dance with all my heart like this. I’m very happy,” he said with a smile on his face.

The tour final opened with “SO-RE-NE”. Fans responded by clapping along with the lyrics of “clap your hands.” Next, in “I’M YOUR OWNER,” she performed rhythmic dance steps and let out a powerful singing voice.
When they entered the medley part, they performed a medley of “Switch,” “Let it ride,” and “Can’t Stop Me Now.” The audience responded by clapping and calling and responding.
When he took off his sunglasses and told his fans, “I want to take you to a new space,” he was greeted with cheers. Before “FLAT,” they lectured the fans on clapping their hands to strengthen the sense of unity in the venue, and then continued with the light rhythm of “HACK,” gradually increasing the voltage in the venue.
During the first MC, he said, “I’m happy to be able to perform live on my birthday,” and the venue was filled with congratulatory messages from fans, saying, “Congratulations!” He continued, “I love the time when we perform live, and it’s fascinating that every venue is dramatic and the reactions are completely different, but I think today is the most exciting. I’m going to give it my all, but can you keep up with me?” The fans responded with a roar of cheers.
Before starting the next song, he said, “It’s a gentle song, so I want you to listen to it slowly.” In “Aiiro ni Dyed”, he expresses delicate emotions with a sad melody, and in “Yume”, he says, “I want you to listen to it slowly.” While the stage was enveloped in cloud-like smoke, they captivated fans with their emotional singing voices.
When a butterfly appears on the screen, it slowly appears wearing a white costume. In “Tomoth”, he expresses delicate emotions, and in “Buster Call”, he switches from the microphone to a megaphone and gives a powerful performance. Shuta delivered two songs in a row that highlight his expressive power, mixing serenity and passion.
In the middle of the live performance, Shuta sang “Antique to Coffee” and “Whore Ga Tame No Uta” in succession, and the fans were mesmerized by Shuta’s gentle singing voice.
The next dance act featured dancers dressed as cafe workers.
“Excuse me,” Shuta said to a dancer dressed as a cafe employee and was shown to a table, where all six people appeared with menus. He desperately tried to get them to take the menus, and when they finally got the menus, he handed them a microphone and said, “I would like to sing the two songs you just selected as covers.” They performed cover songs one after another. did.
Towards the end of the live performance, he encouraged the audience by asking, “Are you still able to keep up?” He asked, “Are you all feeling stressed out?” and he shouted, “Let’s wash away the stress!” During “Shampoo,” he enlivened the audience with a soap bubble production. , “NEVERLAND” continued with the up-tempo song, with the audience waving their towels around.
The atmosphere changes completely in the following “Herb”. As he sings each and every word of the song with emotion, he can be seen crying as the fans express their gratitude. “I was so happy to be able to perform live that I was dripping with joy,” he said. When the birthday song was played, a surprise cake appeared.
It’s the first time he’s performing live on his birthday. As he turned 38, all the fans who gathered at the venue took a commemorative photo in the “Sanpachi pose”.
Concerning “Bifröst,” which is also the theme of the live performance, Shuta himself said that the songs were written about life, the way of life, and the way life should be, even though he was going through a frustrating period due to the coronavirus pandemic.
He went on to say that life is about finding a place where you can enjoy yourself. I want you to live in the present, and without the present, there is no future. Eventually it will just become the past, so I want everyone to continue living. Today is the day. I would be happy if I could be a part of that, and I would be happy if I could be a source of sustenance for my life. Let’s live together,” he said powerfully, adding, “Everyone’s heart is cloudy. I think there are times, but I hope those feelings clear up quickly, even if it’s just for a day, an hour, or even a second.” She ended by singing “Nochihale” with her fans as paper airplanes descended from the stage. “I’ll definitely see you alive! I love you!” he said to the fans and left the stage, bringing the live tour to a close.
After the live performance, Shuta looked back with a satisfied expression and said, “Being able to actually hold a live show this time really made me realize that I really need a live show.”
“Next year, I want to do a lot of live shows in various ways.I’m already looking into it, so I hope to be able to take action in 2025 to make it take shape!” I was enthusiastic about it.
