20th Century’s new song “Hurry up ~I’ll take your hand right now~” is now available for streaming.

The music for this album was provided by TOKYO NO1. SOUL SET, a band that has been at the forefront of Tokyo’s music scene since the 1990s.

The song has a laid-back, comfortable groove with a Brazilian disco feel, making it addictive once you hear it. It also includes recordings of noise (cheers, laughter, etc.) from the Tonisen members and TOKYO No.1 SOULSET, giving you a sense of the fun atmosphere that was created during the recording.
The lyrics also make for a memorable song, as they straightforwardly express feelings for “your precious you.”

20th Century will begin their tour “20th Century Live Tour 2024 ~Let’s Jump Out of the Earth!~” on Tuesday, June 4th, visiting nine locations across the country.

◆TOKYO No.1 SOUL SET Comment
This time, I worked with the three members of Tonisen on the song “Hurry up~Immediately, I’ll take your hand~”.
I was wondering what would happen if the three members of Tonisen sang the song we wrote.
I was looking forward to it, and it was so amazing that I couldn’t help but say, “As expected of Tonisen!” when I heard the audio that was sent to me.
I ended up screaming alone.

Their singing style and subtle nuances are far beyond my imagination. They are truly amazing performers.
I thought about this again and can only take my hat off to him.
During the meeting to decide on the song, Inohara suggested, “It would be good to have a song that everyone can enjoy.”
I think the songs by these three people truly represent that.

And, I think they will probably sing this song in the upcoming live tour “Let’s Jump Out of the Earth!”
I think that everyone who comes to the live show will enjoy it, so I hope that they will enjoy it.
