TREASURE is a global boy group that debuted in August 2020 on the survival audition program “YG Treasure Box,” and since the release of their debut song “BOY,” they have swept the rookie awards at major awards such as the Asian Artist Award, MAMA, Golden Disc Awards, and Seoul Music Awards.

It has already been announced that the group will hold their second nationwide fan meeting, “2024 TREASURE FAN MEETING~WONDERLAND~,” starting in July this year, with 20 performances in five cities in Kanagawa, Hiroshima, Hyogo, Aichi, and Fukuoka, which is an unprecedented scale for a Korean boy group. However, it has now been decided that they will also hold an additional long-awaited performance in Tokyo.

The additional performances will be held at Ariake Arena in Tokyo for two days on August 3rd (Sat) and 4th (Sun), and the nationwide fan meeting tour will be completed with these additional performances, covering 13 dates in 6 cities. TREASURE is a live-style artist who values ​​having their fans see their performances in person, but they are also well-known for the fast-paced conversations between the members, and the fan meetings allow you to discover a different side of the members than in concerts. Also, on May 28th (Tue), their first new song in about 10 months, “KING KONG,” was released. The lyrics express a blind, sad love, “I know it won’t come true, but I’ll give everything to love you.” Soon after its release, it reached number one on the iTunes charts in 18 regions, and in Japan, it also reached number one in the real-time charts on the iTunes K-POP/POPS charts, AWA, and Rakuten Music, becoming a hot topic. Furthermore, the song “STUPID -JP Ver.-“, included in the JAPAN 3rd mini album “REBOOT -JP SPECIAL SELECTION-” released in February this year, ranked 4th in the Billboard JAPAN TikTok Weekly Top 20 released on May 29th, and is currently gaining popularity on TikTok.
Many challenge videos were posted under the title “#StopTearsDance” that quoted the lyrics, and in just three weeks, the total number of views on TikTok exceeded 150 million, and it entered the Top 50 of TikTok’s music charts. Starting in June, to commemorate the broadcast of TREASURE’s first romantic variety show, “TREASURE’s Shining SOLO,” “TREASURE’s Shining SOLO Cafes” will be held in six cities across the country.
