To celebrate the release of the latest film in the “KING OF PRISM” series, “KING OF PRISM -Dramatic PRISM.1-,” scheduled for release on Friday, August 16, 2024, it has been decided that free screenings of the two previously released films and two previously performed stage plays will be held on YouTube every weekend in June.
■About “KING OF PRISM”
This series is about boys with unique personalities who aim to become Prism Stars and face various trials and difficulties in order to become the “Prism Star” that makes girls’ hearts flutter the most. The film version “KING OF PRISM by PrettyRhythm” (released on January 9, 2016), the film version “KING OF PRISM -PRIDE the HERO-” (released on June 10, 2017), and “KING OF PRISM -Shiny Seven Stars-Theatrical Edition” (4 chapters released consecutively from March 2, 2019) were released, and the unique viewing style of “cheering screening” became a hot topic, and the three series became a huge hit anime with a total audience of over 1.14 million people. In the spring of 2019, the TV series “KING OF PRISM -Shiny Seven Stars-” was also broadcast, and was well received not only by theater fans but also by many viewers. In January 2020, the latest movie version of the series, “KING OF PRISM ALL STARS -Prism Show☆Best Ten-” (released on January 10, 2020), which is comprised of the top 10 most popular Prism Shows, the greatest highlight of the series, was released, and the total number of viewers for the series has exceeded 1.28 million (as of April 25, 2024). Even now that the theatrical release has ended, screening events are regularly held at each theater, and the series continues to be loved by a wide range of fans even eight years after its release.

The smash hit animated film series “KING OF PRISM,” which has thrilled a total of 1.28 million people, is returning to the big screen!
This 60-minute entertainment show will keep your heart racing and thrilling, and your world will surely shine!
Prism Show is a comprehensive entertainment show that combines singing, dancing, and prism jumps!
“KING OF PRISM” is a story about a group of boys with unique personalities who are fascinated by Prism Shows and who grow as they face various trials and difficulties in order to become “Prism Stars” who can make the audience’s hearts flutter the most.
This work reconstructs “KING OF PRISM -Shiny Seven Stars-“, which was released in theaters and broadcast on TV in 2019, adding new parts. The new movie version will bring you the best of the Prism Show.
Boys aiming to become “Prism Stars” will take on the new Prism Show Championship, “PRISM.1.” The best members from both the Edel Rose and Schwarz Rose camps will compete in a number of fierce battles (ruby: shows).
Though they sometimes stumble, the brilliance of these boys who nevertheless reveal themselves and soar to greater heights touches the hearts of viewers and continues to vividly color the world.
What’s more, one of the most famous songs in the series has been turned into a new CG live performance!
