When I think back to how I felt when I found out I had breast cancer before I started my music career, I was really anxious because there was no one around me in the same situation.
At that time, I searched and found blogs written by people in the same situation, and I found them to be very encouraging.
That’s why, as someone with HBOC myself, I view my experiences as part of my personality, put all my feelings into my songs, and hope that I can be a catalyst to help make someone feel even a little more positive.
It was my first time shooting a commercial so I was a little nervous, but I think we were able to capture some amazing footage that was even better than I had imagined.
