Avex ROYALBRATS, together with SCO Group Inc. (Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Yusuke Tamai; hereinafter referred to as “SCO Group”), is pleased to announce that it will participate in the traditional Awa Odori dance, which has more than 400 years of history and is visited by one million people every year, to be held in Tokushima from August 12th (Mon) to 15th (Thu), 2024.

SCO Group, a platinum sponsor of avex ROYALBRATS, has been participating in the Awa Odori dance since last year, impressing many spectators. For this year’s Awa Odori 2024, avex ROYALBRATS director Yuta Nakamura and the rest of the members have come together to propose a new style that incorporates the original creativity and modern elements of street dancers into traditional dance. SCO Group President Tamai also gave high praise, saying, “This was our first joint practice at X, and I’m looking forward to seeing the finished product. The moves and composition are unique and I think it will be a hot topic in Tokushima!”
