Supaga’s Ayaka Kamata reports on watching soccer with fellow member Kaho Kawamura! Also releases a photo of her and former Japanese national soccer team member Kosuke Ota “First time at Machida GION Stadium!”

Kamata Ayaka, a member of the idol group SUPER☆GiRLS whose soccer-related posts have often been the talk of the town, updated her X on June 22nd.
She reported that she watched the FC Machida Zelvia vs. Avispa Fukuoka match at Machida GION Stadium with fellow 6th generation member Kawamura Kaho of SUPER☆GiRLS.

SUPER☆GiRLS was formed in 2010 and is affectionately known to idol fans as “Supaga.” They are currently on a live house tour to celebrate their 14th anniversary, and the final show of the tour will be on Sunday, June 30th.
Kamata and Kawamura will join as 6th generation students in 2023. Kamata has often been in the news for watching soccer games in his private time.
Kawamura has been active in a wide range of genres, including working as the New Oha Girl on TV Tokyo’s “Oha Suta” until March of this year.

Kamata commented, “It was my first time at Machida GION Stadium!” and added, “There were so many close calls and chances in both the first and second halves, it was a disappointing draw!”, making it a very exciting game.
Kamada also shared photos of himself with Wakabayashi Momo, an official supporter of FC Machida Zelvia, whom he had wanted to meet for some time, and Ota Kosuke, a former member of the Japanese national soccer team.

Kawamura also updated his own X and posted, “I went with Aya-chi!!” He said, “My first time at Machida GION Stadium! I was surprised at how many initiatives were in line with the concept!” It seems that he was impressed by the stadium’s worldview.
He also posted, still excited, “It was thrilling and fun to watch the players attack and defend thoroughly until the end.”

In response to Kamata and Kawamura’s posts, followers responded one after another with comments such as, “The ponytails are cute,” “You went with Kahotchi!” and “Please come again! Let’s become supporters!”

They have also received positive comments from soccer fans, and we look forward to seeing more soccer-related activities from the two of them in the future.
