Karanoa, “a rock band that will add color to your life,” consisting of Yudai (Vo&Gt), Nijita (Gt&Cho), Itsuki (Ba), and Kazuki (Drums), has announced the release of their digital EP “BOMB” on July 17th.
The title of this work is worthy of being called “BOMB”, it is a colorful, vivid and explosive EP. The songs included are “Nemu”, which is the ending theme song for CX’s “Kiseki Taiken! Unbelievable”, “Kazeppiki”, which sings of the daily struggles that you just can’t escape even if you try, “DNA”, which challenges a new side of herself with an alternative sound, “boo-boo”, which sings of wishing for eternity with a loved one, and “Aidetashi”, Karanoa’s first straightforward love song. The EP contains a total of 5 songs.
This work is packed with the explosiveness and momentum that Calanoa currently has.
In addition, on July 3rd, prior to the release of “BOMB,” the track “DNA” will be available for pre-download.
Regarding this song, vocalist Yudai said,
–
I created this song with DNA as the theme, singing about the uniqueness of me and you, and it makes me feel like I can accept myself. It’s an overwhelmingly subjective song of liberation, including prejudice and resentment.
–
He said.
Along with the lifting of the ban, the artwork was also made public.
The artwork expresses the colorfulness of the song, resulting in a pop art-like J-pop album.
In addition, Karanoa’s planned event, “Karanoa Presents Log Book Fest. -Vol.1-“, is scheduled to be held on July 26th.
The event will be a three-man event with the quiet room and Half time Old.
Tickets are now on sale to the general public, so don’t miss this chance to come see the show!
