Idol group Wasuta will be completing their tour of Brazil by the 21st.
They posted on their official social media accounts pictures of themselves enjoying the Ferris wheel “Roda Rico,” one of Brazil’s tourist attractions.
Wasuta is a digital native generation idol group formed in 2015, with members Nanase Hirokawa, Misato Matsuda, Ririka Kodama, and Ruka Mishima.
To date, they have performed live in 12 countries, and are aiming to become a global group. They have also composed songs for many anime series, including “Idol Time PriPara” and “Kiratto Pri☆Chan.”
After successfully holding their 9th anniversary concerts in Tokyo (EX THEATER ROPPONGI) and Osaka (umeda TRAD) in March this year, the band is set to release their 13th single, “Natsu Koi Dilemma,” on the 21st of next month.
The idol group is accelerating ahead of their 10th anniversary in March next year.
Wasuta visited Brazil to appear at Anime Friends Sao Paolo 2024, the country’s largest anime convention.
This time, they appear to have enjoyed the Ferris wheel “Roda Rico” near Villa Lobos State Park in Sao Paulo, Brazil.
It is 91 metres high and offers a panoramic view of the city of São Paulo.
Wasuta’s official Staff X account posted a photo of the four members of Wasuta posing with the Brazilian scenery in the background, saying, “It’s currently 6pm in Brazil, and we went out to enjoy the Ferris wheel called Roda Rico!”
Additionally, member Kodama Ririka posted a picture of herself enjoying the view from the highest point of the Ferris wheel, saying, “I thoroughly enjoyed the scenery in Brazil!”
Followers commented, “Thank you for bringing us this beautiful scenery and the lovely Ririka-chan!”, “Everyone looks like they’re having fun sightseeing!”, and “Thank you for sharing the vast scenery!”
