[MONKEY MAJIK]Today they released their 14th album “CIRCLES”. The first limited edition includes the full version of their Studio Live video “Scramble”.

MONKEY MAJIK, a four-piece rock band based in Miyagi Prefecture, released their 14th album “CIRCLES” today, their first in a year and a half.

In addition to “Scramble,” which was released on July 3rd, this album includes 10 other songs, such as “The Good Life,” the ending theme for TV Osaka’s midnight drama “Chikyu no Arukikata,” “Borderline,” the April-September theme song for Nippon Television’s “Burari Tochuu Gesha no Tabi,” “Unknown,” the 20th anniversary song for Tohoku Labor Bank, and “MONKEY MAJIK x Def Tech / OG Summer,” a collaboration with Def Tech.

The DVD/Blu-ray version includes the studio live performance “MONKEY MAJIK Studio Sessions 2024,” which was their first performance in a recording studio, and the full-length video of “Scramble,” a track from their 14th album, has been released.

To commemorate the release of the album, MONKEY MAJIK will hold the “MONKEY MAJIK 14th Album Release Commemoration! “MONKEY MAJIK Studio Sessions 2024″ Premium Screening & Talk Show” at United Cinema Toyosu on Monday, August 19th.
This is a one-night-only event where you can enjoy the full studio live performance on the cinema’s big screen and also hear the members talk. For more details, please check the MONKEY MAJIK official website.

The nationwide tour to promote the album, “MONKEY MAJIK LIVE TOUR 2024 ~CIRCLES~,” will kick off at Zepp Sapporo in Hokkaido on Saturday, October 12th, and will run through 15 cities across the country until Sendai GIGS in Miyagi on Sunday, December 1st.

This is my 14th original album. I’ve been able to continue creating so many songs thanks to the support of so many people.
This time too, we just wrote what we wanted, as it was, and created a colorful album without being bound by genre, in our own style.
When you wake up in the morning, when you go to sleep at night, when you want to take a break, when you need a boost, or when you’re traveling.
