Ai Otsuka’s “THE FIRST TAKE,” the second installment following “Planetarium,” which has now been played over 3 million times, features her singing her biggest hit “Sakuranbo” in a jazz-based rearrangement called “Sakuranbo Cocktail,” which exudes a more mature atmosphere.
The performance was filmed in one take in a space decorated with oil paintings by Ai Otsuka herself, based on the theme of the song “Sakuranbo.”

Ai Otsuka
Born September 9, 1982, from Osaka Prefecture, Blood Type: O
She started writing lyrics and composing music at the age of 15, and made her major debut with the single “Momo no Hanabira” on September 10, 2003. Her second single “Sakuranbo” released on December 17 of the same year was a huge hit. In 2020, she contributed her first novel “Aikacha Ikenai Ndayo” to “September 2020 Issue of Shosetsu Gendai” (Kodansha), and is active in a variety of fields, such as illustrator, picture book author, music provider, and in recent years, she has begun to paint oil paintings in earnest.
In July of this year, he will hold his first solo exhibition, marking the 20th anniversary of his debut.

A YouTube channel that captures clear, one-take performances by artists.
The channel launched on November 15, 2019, and currently has 9.9 million subscribers (as of July 24th).
In March 2020, DISH// (Kitamura Takumi) released the video “Cat,” which has been viewed over 200 million times.
