“Youth Spark” from LIL LEAGUE’s third single, which will be released on July 31st, is now available for streaming, and the music video has been released.
“Youth Spark” is an exhilarating dance number released by LIL LEAGUE during the last summer that all members will be in their teens. The track is based on funk music, and as the title likens the energy of teenagers to sparks, the passionate vocal work shines through.
The music video is set in a fictional city reminiscent of America, and depicts a cinematic worldview of the time spent together with precious friends. The members have fun performing using items from the 80s and 90s.
In the final night scene, the stage is lit up with neon lights, representing how their performance can brighten up any dark situation.
His first album “TRICKSTER” released this year won first place on the Oricon weekly rankings. He debuted in January last year, held a solo hall tour about half a year after his debut, and won the “New Artist Award” at the 65th Japan Record Awards. After a turbulent debut year, LIL LEAGUE continues to embody a new worldview. Keep an eye on him.
