The soft mix group “wowdow” from Nagoya is slowly gaining popularity. They have released their long-awaited second EP “wowdow 2” and are also going on a record release tour!

Wowdow (pronounced: Woudou) is a soft mixture group that mixes a wide range of genres such as pop, rock, funk, and folk with their own interpretation. The four-member group is expanding their fan base with the warm, slightly sad singing voices of male and female vocalists that touch the heartstrings and the fun-filled groove that makes you shake your body. The group, which has been attracting attention this year for its recent theme songs for TV dramas and movies, has released their long-awaited second EP.

The EP is a total of 6 songs worth listening to, including “Maison”, the theme song for the movie “Galaxy Maison Room 102”, “Contrast”, the music video starring “Kopi”, who is also active as a singer, actor, and YouTuber, and other songs that have been remastered, as well as new songs such as the exhilarating “Type!” and the nostalgic “Foglight”. The CD is also available on various distribution sites, at live venues, and in some record shops.

In addition, a record release tour called “Real Entertainment Pop Tour!” has also been scheduled.

The band began as a duo consisting of (Vo.) Takumi Marumoto and (Gt.) Daisuke Nishio.
