Parallel singer Nanami Urara, who is affiliated with music creator agency “muchoo” (pronounced “muchu”), has been confirmed to appear at “YouTube Music Weekend 8.0 supported by docomo.”

“YouTube Music Weekend 8.0 supported by docomo” is an event that will premiere live footage and music videos of 94 artists over three days from Friday, August 23rd to Sunday, August 25th. Following on from last year’s event, which will be the eighth, this year will bring together a wide range of “digital native artists” who have been born out of the context of Japanese internet culture and are garnering attention around the world, using digital media such as Vocaloid.

Nanami Urara will be releasing the first video of her second solo live show “Parallel Show “Prism””, which was held at Toyosu PIT in March this year.
There is a lot of anticipation to see what kind of “parallel show” the “parallel singer” who travels between the real and virtual worlds will present.

Recently, Urara Nanami appeared on Fuji TV’s special program “All-Star Choir Battle” and won as a member of a team. She released her first anime tie-up song, “Emotion Revolution Rock’n’Roll,” and will appear on Nippon Cultural Broadcasting’s “Girls² Misaki and Claire’s AniFan!” for two consecutive weeks on August 9th (Friday) and August 16th (Friday). In 2020, she started posting cover videos on YouTube, TikTok, etc. She uses a variety of vocal ranges to captivate with her gaps. In June 2022, she started her own Vsinger activities. By taking advantage of YouTube Shorts, she increased her subscribers by about 250,000 in six months.
