Rare Americans, an alternative rock band from Vancouver, Canada, has released their new original album, “The Human Animal.”
It will be an original work as part of the “RA Series” and will only be released digitally in Japan.
Rare Americans is known as a storytelling band that deals with various real-world issues through straightforward lyrics that tackle life’s hardships, hopes, and social themes, centered around a unique and sophisticated sound that fuses rock, pop, reggae, and psychedelic music.The band’s animated music videos in particular have attracted attention for their worldview, and the 25 songs on their latest album, “The Human Animal,” also take real-world situations as their subject matter, digging into the various emotions and situations people experience, making it an album that expresses themes that explore the multifaceted nature of human beings.

Rare Americans completed a sold-out tour of North America and Europe last year and was nominated for “Breakthrough Group of the Year” at the Juno Awards, Canada’s equivalent of the Grammys.
This autumn they will embark on their third UK and European tour, with further dates due to be added, and are also expected to perform in Japan for the first time.
