MEET YOUR ART FESTIVAL 2024 “NEW ERA” will be held from Friday, October 11th, 2024 to Monday, October 14th (national holiday).
It was announced that YouTuber Kanta Sato (Mizutamari Bond Kanta) will be exhibiting his work for the first time as an artist at the art fair “CROSSOVER” held within the festival. The theme of the exhibition is “Eyes and Eyes.” Kanta Sato will present his ambivalent feelings that he has always felt and the world he has seen as a person who has been facing the internet and video sites for 10 years as an art piece.

For 10 years, he has been making videos every day with sincerity. 4,000 videos.
I love the Internet, and I’ve seen many instances where it makes many people happy.
On the other hand, I think the Internet is like a knife or dynamite. I have seen many times how its illusory expansion can be either positive or negative depending on how it is used.
Even knowing that, I still want to believe it’s a positive thing.
I felt that there was meaning and value in expressing the ambivalent feelings I’ve always had, and the world I’ve seen through my own eyes as Sato Kanta, who has been involved with the internet and video sites since YouTuber was still a subculture, on the greatest stage there is, that of art.
