[NAQT VANE]Takahashi Fumiya, star of the movie “That Person Disappeared,” gets a sneak peek at the music video for the theme song “FALLOUT”!

NAQT VANE released their first new song since the addition of new members, “FALLOUT,” digitally on September 6th (Fri). They have just decided to hold a nationwide tour in 2025,[NAQT VANE Prologue Tour 2025 – DUOVERSE ep1.]and the new song “FALLOUT,” which features a more powerful twin vocal lineup, is attracting a lot of attention. This time, a special video of Takahashi Fumiya, the star of the movie “That Person Disappeared,” watching the music video for the theme song “FALLOUT” has been released on YouTube. This collaboration will attract attention, but we would also like to draw attention to the content, which Takahashi praised as “really cool” and “sprinkled with key points from the movie.”

The video released shows Takahashi Fumiya, the star of the movie “That Person Disappeared,” watching the music video for NAQT VANE’s theme song “FALLOUT” before anyone else. (We showed Takahashi Fumiya the music video for the theme song of the movie “That Person Disappeared.”) NAQT VANE is a team project launched under the total production of composer and music producer Sawano Hiroyuki with the concept of “giving a tailwind to challengers.” Hiroyuki Sawano, who has worked on music for many video works such as “Attack on Titan” and “Mobile Suit Gundam UC,” is at the center of the project, and Harukaze, who is fluent in both English and Japanese, and up-and-coming singer Yunoa are participating as vocalists. This is a team that is currently attracting attention for its musical activities, with professionals from various fields coming together to carry out musical activities, including Classic 6, a creative group active not only in music but also in the art field, who are active in video, graphics, and installations.

Takahashi, who came to watch the music video for “FALLOUT,” which colors the movie with an addictive and fast-paced melody that you can’t get out of your head once you hear it, sat down with a slightly nervous look on his face, and stared intently at the screen while swaying to the melody playing from the headphones. A part of the music video was also released in advance in the video, and vocalist Harukaze and Yunoa, dressed in fashionable outfits, and Hiroyuki Sawano performed a cool performance! The video also includes a scene that links to the main story, in which Yunoa, like the main character Maruko (Takahashi Fumiya), dresses up as a delivery person and delivers a package. Takahashi, who couldn’t help but smile at the result, praised the quality of the music video, saying, “It’s really cool, and the production starts off reminiscent of the beginning of the movie, and as a story, the world view and atmosphere of the movie ‘That Person Disappeared’ and the key points used in the movie are scattered throughout, so I thought it was interesting to watch it. It’s amazing.”

So what will the music video for “FALLOUT,” which contains many of the key elements of the movie “He Disappeared,” be like? We look forward to seeing the full version, which will be released on the night of the movie’s release, Friday, September 20th, at 8:00 PM.

In addition, NAQT VANE will celebrate its second anniversary on Monday, September 16th (national holiday), and will be holding a YouTube live stream to commemorate the second anniversary, “NAQT VANE 2nd Anniversary -Special Live Streaming-“! It will start at 8pm, and a special acoustic live performance is also planned, so it looks like it will be a stream you can’t miss.

【story】
Maruko (Takahashi Fumiya) is a delivery man assigned to a cursed apartment building where people are rumored to disappear one after another. As he goes in and out of the building every day to deliver packages, he begins to suspect that one of the residents, Komiya (Kita Kaya), might be the author of a web novel that Maruko loves to read, and he begins to secretly admire her.
However, a suspicious resident, Shimazaki (Shota Sometani), is suspected of stalking Komiya… Maruko seeks the help of Arakawa (Kei Tanaka), a senior at the transportation company who aspires to be a novelist, and begins to question the other residents. Maruko hears some incredible eyewitness reports from Numata (Yoshihiko Hakamada), who is looking for a place to move to, and Hasebe (Maki Sakai), a nosy and talkative woman, that “there was a woman covered in blood in Shimazaki’s room” and “she saw him wearing bloodstained clothes,” and concludes that Shimazaki is a dangerous person. Wanting to protect Komiya, she tries to break into his room by herself, but unfortunately runs into Shimazaki when he returns home! At the same time, the Metropolitan Police Department, which is investigating a major incident that will shake the world, approaches the apartment?! As the tension of imminent conflict begins to flow, the situation moves in an unexpected direction.
