[Rina Asakawa]Starring in the movie “49 Days of Truth”! “I think it creates a sense of realism in the work” about the one-cut long-shot scenes.

It has been announced that actor Rina Asakawa will play the lead role in the movie “49 Days of Truth” scheduled to be released in the spring of 2025.

The story begins when the main character, Madoka Takahashi, played by Asakawa, gathers people closely related to her best friend Yuko, who died by suicide, and holds a memorial gathering for her on the 49th. As they talk about their memories, Madoka guides the group to find the person who drove Yuko to suicide, but the assembled members find it difficult to open up, and a psychological battle ensues.

Regarding the long-running scenes that last over 15 minutes, which are one of the highlights, Asakawa said, “In the one-cut long-running scenes, you can feel the tension of the actors and staff, and I think it adds to the sense of realism in the work. ” he commented.

This film was directed by Yuji Nakamae, who directed “Tida ~I want to walk under the sun someday~”. It is a one-situation work that is worth watching, filled with sadness, hatred, and a variety of other emotions.

In addition, the world premiere of this film will be screened as a special invitation at the Hokkaido International Film Festival in October.

I think this is a very fast-paced piece of work. In the one-shot, long-take scenes, you can feel the tension of the actors and staff, and I think it adds to the sense of realism in the work. I hope you enjoy it.
