The lyrics of “Sorairo no Mizuki” are reminiscent of the synopsis of the theatrical animation “Ganbatite Ikimashoi”, which stars five female high school students who spent their youth in the rowing club in Matsuyama City, Ehime Prefecture. It is a song that is full of the freshness of a servant who is addicted to the exhilarating melody.

In addition, the special movie “Ganbatte Ikimashoi” x “Sky Blue Water Splash”, which was released at 12pm today, was completed as a video that director Sakuragi had been eager to make, saying, “I’ve wanted to make it for a long time.” The video begins in a club room with the slogan “Let’s do our best!” and shows Etsuko and her childhood friends Hime, Dakko, and Imochi practicing and struggling with the boat every day. Aozora I Wanted to See (commonly known as Boku Ao) is a 23-member group that debuted as Nogizaka46’s official rivals with “Thinking about Aozora” on August 30, 2023.
