A compilation album by “New Action!” has been released on vinyl. A release party will be held at Shibuya Clubasia on December 29th (Sunday)! Announcement of first acts and “early bird ticket” sales begin.

“New Action!” is a DJ/live party that has been held regularly in Tokyo since 2009. The third compilation in nine years by the popular party that has led Japan’s indie scene will be released on vinyl on November 3rd (Sunday), Record Day.

It has been decided that an event to commemorate the release of this work and the 15th anniversary of New Action! will be held at Shibuya Clubasia on Sunday, December 29th. This performance will be held in two parts: “DAY” and “NIGHT”. A total of seven artists have been announced as the first performing artists: Cosmic Mauve, LAUSBUB, luv, Simmer Pine, TENDOUJI, Ghost Communications, and DJ New Action! (Kiichiro Hoshihara / Takayuki Endo / Yukari / hamakyo).

Currently, LivePocket is selling three types of early bird tickets: pass, DAY, and NIGHT, each limited to 30 tickets each. General tickets will be on sale once early bird tickets are sold out. Please note that you will need an ID with a photo to enter the evening session, and those under the age of 20 will not be allowed to enter.

“New Action!”, which started in 2009 and is hosted by DJ Kiichiro Hoshihara, is held regularly every month based at Shinjuku MARZ. As the name suggests, “New Action!” invites up-and-coming artists regardless of genre, and spreads the joy of discovering new music. To date, more than 300 artists have performed, and the event has been held more than 120 times. In the past, they have held numerous collaborative projects with currently active artists, including a national tour with MONO NO AWARE and Last Dinosaurs (AU), and co-hosting with Yogee New Waves and Lucky Kilimanjaro. In addition, we have expanded from Shinjuku MARZ to Asakusa Hanayashiki, Enoshima Oppal-La, and Shibuya club asia. They have continued to hold parties for 15 years without slowing down, including producing the “New Action!
