This event is being held to celebrate the release of BUMP OF CHICKEN’s 10th album “Iris,” their first in 5 years, and will air not only the songs from their latest album, but also all of their previously released songs. BUMP OF CHICKEN is a four-piece rock band from Sakura City, Chiba Prefecture. (Vo./Gt.: Motoo Fujiwara, Gt.: Hiroaki Masukawa, Bass: Yoshifumi Naoi, Drums: Hideo Masu)
Formed on February 11, 1996, the band released two albums during their indie days and made their major debut in September 2000 with the single “Diamond.”
He made his name known to the world with “Tenmon Kansoku” and has continued to produce numerous hit songs since then.
He has performed theme songs for a variety of works, including anime, dramas, and movies, and in recent years has attracted attention with songs such as “Ray,” a collaboration with Hatsune Miku, and “Acacia,” the theme song for the Pokemon special music video.
They are very active, mainly performing live, and in 2016 they held their first STADIUM TOUR, and in 2019 they held their DOME TOUR, which attracted 350,000 people.

In 2024, after releasing “Encounter”, the theme song for the movie “Onmyoji 0”, and “strawberry”, the theme song for the TBS Tuesday drama “Saionji-san Doesn’t Do Housework”, she will release her first new album in five years, “Iris”, on September 4th.
In addition, a nationwide tour called “BUMP OF CHICKEN TOUR 2024 Sphery Rendezvous” has been scheduled to promote the new album.
