AWA, a subscription-based music streaming service operated by AWA Inc. ■ Izumi Fumi
A “cutely sarcastic” singer-songwriter. She self-produces all of her songs and music videos, and creates her own unique style that is not bound by genre, changing the color of each song from sweet sparkly pop to soulful rap music. She was born in Otaru, Hokkaido. At the age of 17, she won a dance contest in Hokkaido and began working as a dancer in her hometown. After moving to Tokyo, she turned into a singer-songwriter and began her career in earnest in 2015.
■ Takuya Imazaki
Singer-songwriter. With his refined and delicate singing voice, he composes songs with the main theme of “connections between people,” and is currently active mainly in the Kanto region. On the video distribution app “KARASTA,” he won a contest with a prize of 1 million yen under the username (TAKUYA), and in January 2022, he won the grand prize at the OTONOVA ONLINE competition, winning his second 1 million yen. He won the audition for the opening act appearance at the Jingu Gaien Fireworks Festival 2022 and Jingu Gaien Fireworks Festival 2023 for the second consecutive year. He performed in front of about 20,000 people for two consecutive years, performing with a number of famous artists. In August 2022, he released his full album “Walking in the Pop World” digitally, and in June 2023, he released a CD version with additional songs including his signature song “Yui.” In addition to singing, he is also expanding his range of activities by providing songs.

An AWA certified broadcaster who sings with a refreshing and powerful voice. Born in Miyagi Prefecture and currently living in Miyagi. Became an AWA certified broadcaster in December last year and broadcasts regularly at the AWA Lounge in the evenings. “Delivering singing voices from Tohoku to your smartphone.” Sings rock, nostalgic songs, and sometimes kids’ songs that lighten the mood. Originally a listener who enjoyed music at live houses. Currently participating in various AWA events as a live broadcaster at the AWA Lounge. Heavily influenced by punk rock, he is creating original punkish songs and plans to release and develop them.
