Fox Capture Plan Unleashes English Self-Cover of “Fukashigi no Carte”

Self-Cover of “Rascal Does Not Dream of Bunny Girl Senpai” Anime’s Ending Theme, Sung and Translated by Chihiro Sings

Hey music lovers! Get ready to jazz up your playlists with fox capture plan’s latest drop. This piano trio, known for their modern jazz-rock vibes, just released an English lyric version of their self-cover, “Fukashigi no Carte.” The original song rocked as the ending theme of the TV anime series “Rascal Does Not Dream of Bunny Girl Senpai.” The new version hit the digital shelves on December 1, and they’ve even rolled out a music video to boot.

This release is timed with the premiere of the latest movie in the series, “Rascal Does Not Dream of a Dreaming Girl.” The new rendition of “Fukashigi no Carte” is a total earworm, blending jazzy hip-hop rhythms with lush strings and horns, showcasing the instruments’ inherent softness. The cherry on top? Chihiro Sings’ English translation and vocals bringing a fresh twist to the track.

And guess what? fox capture plan is set to perform this new version live at their solo concert, “fox capture plan Year End Special 2023,” happening on December 28 at the Shinagawa Intercity Hall. Can’t wait to see what they’ve got in store!
