“KOBE MELLOW CRUISE” is an urban music festival that has been held since 2022 at Meriken Park, at the foot of Port Tower, which symbolizes Kobe, a port town that has been transmitting culture. This time, in addition to the six groups newly announced: Elle Teresa, Kohjiya, Yo-Sea, 3House, .ENDRECHERI., and JUMADIBA, the already released tofubeats stage will be joined by Aile The Shota, Neibiss, and Takashi Fujii.
