Fuji Rock ’24 announces total attendance this year, highlights from each day released


Highlights footage from “FUJI ROCK FESTIVAL’24”, which was held at Naeba Ski Resort in Yuzawa Town, Niigata Prefecture from Friday, July 26th to Sunday, July 28th, has been released.

This festival is celebrating its 25th anniversary in Naeba. This year, 96,000 visitors were recorded over the four days from the eve of the festival on Thursday, July 25th (114,000 in 2023). The number of visitors on each day is as follows.

Total number of visitors over 4 days: 96,000
July 27th (Thursday) 14,000 people (eve festival)
July 28th (Friday) 26,000 people
July 29th (Sat) 30,000 people
July 30th (Sun) 26,000 people

In addition to live performances by over 200 artists from Japan and overseas, there will also be a variety of activities, such as late-night movie screenings surrounded by trees, a kids’ land where you can play in the forest, and a circus that takes place every night in an area with free admission. This year, the event also attracted attention for the free live broadcast of the local Naeba event to the world on Amazon.

New initiatives include the introduction of Friday night tickets, Under 18 tickets, a camping village for easy camping, and services to make movement around the site more comfortable.
