Okinawan singer-songwriter TOSH releases his first new song in about a year and a half, “LET IT GO”

It has been announced that TOSH, an Okinawa-born and -based singer-songwriter, will release his new single “LET IT GO” on Wednesday, July 31st.

TOSH, who started his activities in 2020, has attracted attention for his musicality that crosses various genres such as alternative, R&B, pop, and indie rock based on rock. His second EP “Something’s Wrong” released in 2022 was selected/covered by overseas media and Spotify’s official playlist “Edge!”, and this year he has also held live performances overseas in Mongolia, Korea, Taiwan, etc.

This new song, which is the first in about a year and a half, was produced and co-produced by Satoshi Anan (ex. Never Young Beach, PAELLAS) as a co-producer/engineer. The track is an electro-pop track with an 80’s feel, and it is said to be a work that contains the indescribable feelings that everyone feels, such as what you see after letting go of something, looking forward despite the sadness and fragility.

The music video is scheduled to premiere on Friday, August 2nd at 9pm. After the release of this album, the band will also be performing live in Japan. Stay tuned for more news.
