“Shiho Watanabe’s Hip Hop Tea Party” is a hip hop culture program that will start in 2021 and will analyze and consider the increasingly fragmented hip hop music, both domestically and internationally, with the theme of “What is the fun and coolness of hip hop?”. The program has previously featured various guests related to hip hop, such as photographer cherry chill will., Atlanta-based photojournalist Aki Ikejiri, DJ TATSUKI, who is actively releasing music under his own name and also serves as a live DJ for ZORN, SONNY, who is known as the official dancer for TVXQ, Namie Amuro, AK-69, and Charlu, who came in second place in ABEMA’s “Rap Star 2024” in the latest episode released on Friday, July 26th.
At this talk event, valknee, who has been active as a rapper, including appearing on “Rap Star Birth 2023” in the past, and who also runs the podcast program “Radio Shop Play”, will appear as a special guest. Expectations are high for what kind of hip-hop talk will unfold with valknee.
