Friday Night Plans x Campanella duo to be held as part of WALL&WALL's 8th anniversary project

A two-man live show by Friday Night Plans and Campanella will be held at WALL&WALL in Omotesando, Tokyo on Monday, September 23rd (national holiday).

Friday Night Plans covered Mariya Takeuchi’s song “Plastic Love” and received high praise both at home and abroad for its outstanding perfection. Their debut song “Happy Birthday” in 2018 attracted attention for its advanced music reminiscent of UK R&B and deep singing voice, and the following year “HONDA” selected it as the commercial song for “HONDA VEZEL”. In 2021, they started working with Ena, incorporating skits and glitches as expression methods to create ambient music with a singing spirit, and released the album “Visitors” in 2023. In January of this year, they also released a remix album of the same work, “Gateway”.

On the other hand, Campanella has skills honed through numerous stages, and his deep love for music can be seen in numerous guest appearances and collaborations, including his work under the name Cosapanella, a unit with COSA, his collaboration song “PELNOD” with Yoshie Nakano of EGO-WRAPPIN’, and “Douglas fir,” which samples Ryuichi Sakamoto’s song “ZURE.” His latest album, “Mi Yama,” released in 2023, also attracted attention from all quarters for its unique sound.
