WWW’s regular event in Shibuya, Tokyo, “NEWWW vol.28” will be held on Wednesday, October 9th.
Up until now, this project has featured fresh artists who are beginning to shape a new scene. This year marks the 28th time the event has been held, and features Shappo, an instrumental band formed by 2000-born Fukuhara Oto and Hosono Yuta, both members of Kakubarizm; Noguchi Aya, a new generation home recording artist whose album “botto” was selected for a special award at this year’s APPLE VINEGAR – Music Award; and Half Mile Beach Club, a four-piece band from Zushi who have just released their first album in about five years, “Days of the Ocean Waves,” with the ambition of “making another first album as an instrumental band.”
This time too, tickets are priced at a reasonable 1,000 yen. Don’t miss this rare opportunity to see the live performances of three bands that are attracting attention from all over the world.
