YONLAPA makes their first appearance on Billboard Live, holding a solo concert in Yokohama

YONLAPA, a four-piece band from Thailand, will hold a solo concert at Billboard Live YOKOHAMA in Kanagawa on Wednesday, October 23rd.

YONLAPA, from Thailand’s second largest city, Chiang Mai, was formed when vocalist Noina, who was active as an SSW, joined other members. The band has emerged in the Thai indie scene since the COVID-19 pandemic, with their song “Let Me Go” released in November 2019 having been viewed over 4 million times on YouTube, and they are gaining support from music fans both in Japan and abroad as one of the most notable young bands.

Last year they released their first album, “LINGERING GLOAMING,” and held their second Japan tour with it, performing alongside STUTS and DENIMS. Furthermore, in May of this year they toured live music venues in Japan, selling out their two-day Tokyo concert at Tsukimiru Kimisou in Aoyama, Tokyo, proving their popularity in Japan.

With unique indie music gaining attention in Asian countries such as Korea and Taiwan, don’t miss this rare club performance by this up-and-coming four-piece band leading the Thai scene.
