Iida Reo, a rapper from Hachioji, Tokyo, released his new mixtape “West Tokyo Dirty Money 042” today, Saturday, August 10th.
In addition to performing live with a band and composing music, Iida Reo has achieved unconventional crossovers, such as guest appearances on songs by the chaotic noise hardcore band moreru and the emo revival scene giant Kudaranai 1-Nichi. This album incorporates his roots in reggaeton and the current dirty Detroit sound. He teamed up with fellow beatmakers YUNG HIROPON and easy money from his hometown of West Tokyo to create a dirty sound.
