LUCKY TAPES has announced that they will release their new single “Utsuroi” on Wednesday, August 28th.
LUCKY TAPES has been active since July last year under a new system centered around Kai Takahashi (Vocals/Keyboards). This is the first single since the single “Rouge feat. Taichi Mukai” released in October last year, and is characterized by a mellow and sentimental melody that is the essence of LUCKY TAPES. The sound production is in a chill and comfortable R&B manner, and this work marks a full-scale restart of the new LUCKY TAPES.

Everyone will have to experience parting ways with loved ones and things at some point in their lives. No matter what you do, there is a gaping hole in your heart that cannot be filled. This work depicts the determination and feelings towards accepting the passage of time and living (and dying) in a pop worldview that is characteristic of LUCKY TAPES.
Although our band structure has changed, we look forward to the day when we can share this song with you all again in various places!
