cero to release first live recording “Live O Rec”

cero’s first live recording, “Live O Rec,” will be released on Wednesday, September 11th.

This album is based on a live recording from last December at LIQUIDROOM in Ebisu, Tokyo, and is a work that only cero could produce, with the members’ imaginative mixing and ideas sprinkled throughout. It contains 13 songs, including songs from their latest album “eo,” released in the same year, as well as some of their live staples, making it a best-of album in a sense. It can also be said to be a record of the band’s current state, as their song arrangements change over time.

In addition to the digital release, a CD version will also be released exclusively at live venues and through the label’s mail order service, a first for the band. The limited edition CD will include one more song, for a total of 14 songs. It will go on sale at the Tokyo, Nagoya and Osaka Quattro tour venues in September. Tickets will go on general sale tomorrow, August 24th (Sat). The date when the label will start selling the tickets will be announced at a later date.
