The first in Taishukan Shoten’s new light educational series, “Map of Learning,” is “Map of Learning: Deep Dive Talk Session on Jazz – Musicians Talk About How to Enjoy Live Performances, Performances, and Recordings,” which was published today, Monday, August 26th.
This book features guitarist Inoue Mei, pianist/composer Uokame Akimi, and drummer/percussionist Ishiwaka Shun, all born in the early 1990s, who grew up surrounded by a wide variety of music and are active across genres and borders.
