The Ikebukuro Forest Music Festival will be held on Saturday, October 5th and Sunday, October 6th at Ikebukuro Forest Natural Park in Zushi City, Kanagawa Prefecture.
This event is an outdoor festival planned and run by volunteers who came together with the desire to “liven up the culture of Zushi.” This year, a wider range of musicians than ever before will be performing, from veterans such as THEATRE BROOK and Spinna B-ILL to young musicians who are now gaining attention, such as ASOUND, maya ongaku, and Half Mile Beach Club. As in previous years, the lineup is unique and sure to impress music lovers.
In addition to the live performances, the market area is packed with the charms of the area, and popular restaurants and general stores will be opening, as well as workshops for children. There are also initiatives such as free admission for high school students and younger, and the festival has garnered support from families as a “festival the whole family can enjoy.”
