Leon Fanourakis releases collaboration song “EXPRESS” with producer Taka Perry

Leon Fanourakis released his collaboration single “EXPRESS” with Australian producer Taka Perry today, Thursday, August 29th. The music video was also released.

This is the first collaboration between the two in about three years since the single “1234” released in 2021. This work is a dark track full of tension that is a well-balanced fusion of the two talents, with Taka Perry’s beat using intense drums and samples, and Leon Fanourakis’ smooth and sharp rap. The artwork was done by Kentaro Yoshida, a Japanese illustrator/artist based in Australia.

The music video, which has a mysterious and eerie atmosphere, was created by RED MOONS, a video creator team based in Amsterdam.

This is Leon Fanourakis’ first new song as a solo artist in two years, and it is the lead track from his collaborative EP “THE GRIFFIN TAPES” with Leon Fanourakis & Taka Perry, scheduled for release in October. Let’s look forward to further news.
