Taishi Sato released his new single “Reflection” today, Friday, August 30th.
Taishi Sato is also active as part of the unit Zatta with his old friend and fellow musician Kiichi Arimoto (ODD Foot Works), and is responsible for the production and live support of ODD Foot Works. In February of this year, on his 28th birthday, he released a double A-side single, “Embrace / Honesty,” and made his debut as a solo singer-songwriter.
After his first solo concert in May, Taishi Sato, who has become more aware of the core of his musical image, has released his second single, which is a song that is extremely modern, personal, and independent, with a post-classical influence. The song is a delicate and detailed soundscape based on programming, which seems like it could break at any moment, but is still firm in its attitude towards musical expression. The song contains vivid lyrics that weave together words and melodies to express his intention to face each and every listener as an individual.
