Kohei Shimizu’s first beat instrumental album “Saint of Losers” is available today

Kohei Shimizu released his new album “Saint of Losers” today, September 4th (Wednesday). Audio videos for all the songs on the album have also been released.

Kohei Shimizu, a singer-songwriter, producer and guitarist, announced last year that he had changed his name from sooogood! In June, he released his first album under his current name, “Hypervoid,” and in August, he released his first vocaloid song, “Ruina.”

This is the first beat instrumental album in his career. It is a total of 7 songs constructed from the vast sounds and beats swirling in Kohei Shimizu’s head, and also includes a remix version of the aforementioned “Ruina.” Kohei Shimizu will continue to develop projects as a track/beat maker. Let’s look forward to further news.

[Comment from Kohei Shimizu]

We will be releasing our first instrumental album in September 2024!
While making a consistent and simple voice reading the theme of all songs,
Choose sounds that will give you a 360° panoramic view.
I’ve had fun playing the beats that I think feel great right now!
From the roots of 90’s game music to 00’s DnB and modern Dariacore
By carefully cooking the culture that has become part of me,
I’m happy to now be able to release this as a new sequence of 7 songs!
I hope you enjoy the album from start to finish!
