Tempalay releases MV for “Prophet” from 5th album “((ika))” released today

The music video for “Prophet” from Tempalay’s new album “((ika))” released today, May 1st (Wednesday) has been released.

Tempalay will celebrate their 10th anniversary in 2024 and will hold a solo performance at Nippon Budokan. This music video was directed by Margt and is based on a gimmick that focuses on focus/point of view. Through scenes of the band’s performance, this work raises questions about the modern society where consumption is based on copy-and-paste methods, and how the images and products we see on a daily basis are guided by our perspectives without us even realizing it. .

In addition, the first solo Budokan performance “Planet X” scheduled for October will be completed as soon as it goes on sale to the general public. In conjunction with the release of the album, a nationwide tour called “Tempalay Tour 2024 “((ika))” is scheduled to begin on May 10th (Friday). Tempalay is gaining more and more momentum. I would like to keep an eye on this trend in the future.
