f5ve's popular song remixed by TeddyLoid, YAGI EXHIBITION, DJ CHARI & STARKIDS

“Underground Remixes,” a remix of f5ve’s (pronounced: Five) song “Underground,” by three producers, was released today, Tuesday, September 10th.

f5ve, which debuted in May this year, is a Tokyo-based group formed by four members of E-girls and Happiness, KAEDE, SAYAKA, RURI, and MIYUU, and RUI from iScream. BloodPop®, a Grammy Award-winning producer of Lady Gaga, Justin Bieber, and Taylor Swift, serves as the group’s executive producer.

“Underground,” produced by BloodPop®, is a song that depicts the way people shine to the fullest in their underground space, where they belong, despite their everyday lives being dissatisfied with a manual-like life. The song has become a hot topic on TikTok due to its impressive wordplay and choreography, including the hook “Chika Chika Chika.”

I am honored to be involved in this way with a song produced by BloodPop®, a band I met in Los Angeles.
His approach to music is very unique and the remix process itself was very inspiring.
I kept the energy of the original song intact, but added my own style to the remix, creating a fast-paced groove that makes you feel like you’re racing through the underground.
You can also play this in your own DJ SET, and it’s designed to bring out the maximum sense of unity and excitement felt on a club floor.

1. Cut KAEDE into bite-sized pieces and cut SAYAKA and RURI into thin diagonal strips 1cm wide.
②Heat oil in a MIYUU, add the SAYAKA and RURI from ① and stir fry for about 4 minutes, being careful not to burn, then transfer to the RUI.
③ Heat the same MIYUU, add the KAEDE from ① and stir fry. Once cooked, turn off the heat. Return the SAYAKA and RURI from ② to the pot and add the “YAGI EXHIBITION”. Heat again and mix well.
