The collaborative single “Beautiful Criminal” by DÉ DÉ MOUSE and Milk Talk was released today, September 11th (Wednesday). The music video was also released.
DÉ DÉ MOUSE has been releasing a flurry of music, including collaborative tracks with Hitomitoi, Haraguchi Sasuke, CHERRYBOY FUNCTION, MON/KU, and others. Milk Talk is an electro-funk duo consisting of vocalist/filmmaker Qi, known for his collaborations with Vantage and Moe Shop, and producer Hair Kid.
This collaborative work between the two groups is a modern track full of decadence. It features a flowing bass line, a synthesizer that plays chords like the damp atmosphere of dusk, Qi’s vocals whispering words that wander the back alleys of the city at night, and a sophisticated ensemble of French house/future funk.
The music video released to coincide with the release was directed by Qi.
