“Just blame it all on love” – Shosha releases new song “ii” for the third month in a row

Shosha released their new single “ii” today, Wednesday, September 11th.

shosha is a project by singer Taku and beatmaker/producer Rikuto Nagira, who is also known for his work with lo-key design. Following the single “pluto” released in August, this is the third consecutive release in three months, and unlike their previous songs, this song focuses on a minimalist band ensemble. It’s a comfortable R&B tune that you can listen to over and over again.

The title “ii” comes from the phrase “Just blame it all on love.” Pay attention to the lyrics that gently affirm each person’s choices.

[Shosha comment]

Aiming to create a feel-good R&B tune that you can listen to over and over again, we created a minimalist band ensemble that has not been seen in shosha’s previous works.
The title “ii” is taken from the phrase “Just blame it all on love,” and brings to mind the image of the second movie and two people. I hope everyone will also pay attention to the straightforward lyrics that resonate within the gentle sound.
The message is that moving forward is not the only right thing to do; being trapped in the past is also a way of thinking, and that it is important to value the choices you make based on your feelings.
