AI jacky releases album “Renaissance” with all songs produced by KNOTT

AI jacky, a rapper/artist from Ibaraki, Osaka, released his new album “Renaissance” on Sunday, September 15th.

AI jacky heads the creative crew THE UNISEX and is known for hits such as “What’s up?”, “Father feat. ataru,” and “PARIS” with SKyNET.

The album, titled “Renaissance,” is based on the theme of a turning point in the age of human nature, and the lyrics express his thoughts on destruction, rebirth, and love. The album is a work that fully expresses his human contradictions and his rebellious thoughts against AI (Artificial Intelligence), which is his stance as an artist. The album features a wide range of sounds, from West Coast-like beats to trap, drill, and rock. He has elevated his style to art using a variety of expression methods.

The beats were written by KNOTT, a hip-hop based producer unit that has worked on a variety of projects including Shurkn Pap, week dudus, and BE:FIRST. It took about two years to complete the album after many discussions and sharing of each other’s philosophies and thoughts.

There are also plans to release a CD of this work.
