NUU$HI releases collaboration song "Light Worker" with singer 44 on FUTUREmode

The single “Light Worker” by DJ/producer/composer NUU$HI and singer 44 (Yoshi) was released today, September 25th (Wednesday). The music video was also released.

NUU$HI has gained support both domestically and internationally in the dance music scene with hits such as “Sakura VIP” released by major bass music label Disciple, and is active across genres, producing works for idom, CVLTE, valknee, 4s4ki, and others.

This work is a dance music brand that mainly produces music from various producers and artists in Japan and hosts events such as “FUTUREmode “LOG-IN””.The title contains the meaning of “a person who illuminates the path of a loved one,” and the song is impressive with positive lyrics that express “gratitude for connections with people” and a track that makes use of future bass.

The artwork was created by singer 44 himself, and expresses “someone who illuminates the path of a loved one.” The character of FUTUREmode (Girl A) with a flame burning in her chest is designed in 44’s style.

I am pleased to have produced a song called “Light Worker” together with singer 44 and released it through FUTUREmode.
The song “Light Worker” was born from the fact that the first few ideas I came up with were all dark or slightly sad in mood, due to my own personal preferences, so I thought, “Conversely, wouldn’t it be good to have an idea with a bright mood?”
The lyrics for this song were written by 44, who participated as a singer. The initial concept was to write the lyrics based on something I’ve been feeling particularly strongly about recently: “Being grateful for connections with people.” I’ve always felt that my current position and musical career were not achieved by my own efforts, but were made possible by the intertwining of various elements, such as the opportunities to experience music given to me by my family, the support of friends, acquaintances, and fans. I wanted to express that feeling in the song.

I wrote this song with NUU$HI with the message that I am still thinking of my loved ones who are far away. There are many different forms of love, whether it be romance, friendship, or family love, and I hope that we can convey that love to our loved ones no matter where we are.
